Return and Exchange policy FAQ
Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.
How do I return?
- Visit our returns center
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
What items are returnable?
- Within 30 days from the date of purchase
- In unused and re-sellable condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Custom made Products
- Swag items (shirts,cups,accessories)
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
Can the items be exchanged?
We do not allow the exchange of purchased items. Exchanges are handled buy you returning items for a refund then re-ordering the correct one.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method less shipping costs
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

All returns must be accompanied by an original or copy of the receipt within 30 days. There are no refunds/credits after 30 days. Some special order items are non-refundable/non-returnable.
All sales are final on Swag items unless there are problems that occur because of an error on our part then it will be handled at our expense.
All items returned may be subject to a minimum 15% restock fee unless other arrangements were made at the time of purchase.
If product has been modified / cut in anyway, it will not be refundable.
Shipping charges will not be refunded unless item was received damaged or defective, or an error was made on our part when processing your order. Please contact us for any further questions on non-returnable items.

Also care must be taken by you the customer to pack the returned merchandise carefully so that it does not get damaged when sent back to us. Aerox Industries is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipment back to us and the product will become non-returnable if it becomes damaged during the return shipment.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Any customer that receives damaged or defective merchandise should contact AeroX Industries immediately and at the latest within 30 days of the Invoice/Purchase date.
All LED light bars are covered with a 1 year limited warranty.
All Light bar covers are covered with a 30 day warranty.
All Inserts are covered with a 30 day warranty.
Please contact the Customer service at 314-279-5636 for more information on returning the merchandise to us and how long it will take to receive a replacement. our mailing address is 1735 South River Road, St Charles MO 63303. AeroX Industries does make sure that all merchandise is free of defects and is shipped safely but accidents in shipping and transportation as well as manufacturing defects do happen. We will be happy to help you out and get you new merchandise as quickly as possible.
